- AR 385-10, Prevention of Army Motor Vehicle Accidents
–The wearing of headphones, earphones, or other similar devices while driving POVs (two or more wheels) on Army installation roads and streets is prohibited.
–Each driver of a military or privately owned motorcycle or moped who is authorized to operate on an Army installation must be currently licensed by civil authorities and will be required to complete an *Army-approved motorcycle safety course that includes classroom training, hands-on training and a written evaluation
