Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, products, subscriptions, hosting, digital content, and other services provided by Temple Web Design (“Temple Web Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a product or service, creating an account, starting or maintaining a subscription, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use the applicable services.
Illegal Use
Temple Web Design servers and services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, distribution, publication, or use of information, data, or material in violation of applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property.
• Illegal threats, fraudulent activity, or unlawful content.
• Pirated software or Warez.
• Malicious software, scripts, or hacking tools.
• Unauthorized access or attempted access to systems or networks.
• Activity intended to facilitate or conceal illegal conduct.

Temple Web Design may restrict, suspend, or terminate services associated with unlawful or prohibited activity.
Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of services and, where appropriate, civil or criminal liability.

Examples include:

• Unauthorized access, probing, scanning, or use of systems, networks, accounts, authentication mechanisms, data, or traffic.
• Attempts to circumvent account or server security.
• Interference with service to any user, server, host, or network.
• Flooding, mail bombing, denial-of-service attacks, or deliberate attempts to overload systems.
• Forging TCP/IP packet headers or communication headers.
• Distribution or installation of malicious software.

Temple Web Design may take reasonable action necessary to protect its infrastructure, customers, vendors, reputation, and services from actual or suspected security threats.
Server Resources
Customers using shared hosting or other resource-limited services must use server resources reasonably.

Websites or accounts consuming excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, database, email, or other resources may be required to reduce usage, purchase additional resources, or upgrade to an appropriate service plan.

Temple Web Design determines whether usage is excessive based on the applicable hosting environment and the effect of the account on server stability, security, or other customers.

Temple Web Design may restrict or suspend an account that adversely affects server performance, security, availability, or network integrity.
Uptime and Service Availability
Temple Web Design endeavors to maintain reliable service availability.

For eligible shared hosting plans advertised with a 99.9% uptime commitment, customers experiencing more than 45 minutes of qualifying downtime during a month may request a service credit.

Any credit will not exceed one month of the applicable hosting service within a one-month period and will not exceed $25.

Scheduled maintenance, customer-caused outages, third-party outages, DNS issues outside our control, Internet routing problems, security-related actions, account suspensions, Terms violations, force majeure events, and circumstances outside Temple Web Design’s reasonable control are excluded from qualifying downtime.

Service credits, when applicable, are the customer's sole remedy for qualifying uptime interruptions.
Uploaded and Submitted Content
Files uploaded or submitted by a creator or author retain applicable copyrights and ownership rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication or distribution through a Temple Web Design-operated website, including PPTClasses.com or Powerpointranger.com, you represent that you own the content or possess all rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

You authorize Temple Web Design to host, reproduce as technically necessary, display, distribute, and make the submitted material available through the applicable service, subject to any expressly agreed restrictions.

You may not upload copyrighted or otherwise protected material without authorization.

Temple Web Design may remove or disable access to material that allegedly infringes intellectual property rights or otherwise violates these Terms.

The person submitting content is responsible for the legality of that submission and for obtaining all necessary permissions.
Third-Party Software, Scripts, Plugins, and Applications
Customers are responsible for software, applications, plugins, themes, scripts, integrations, and other third-party components installed or authorized within their accounts.

Customers are responsible for maintaining and updating these components and monitoring them for security vulnerabilities.

Temple Web Design may disable or remove software that presents a reasonable security, stability, performance, or compatibility risk.

Temple Web Design may temporarily restrict or suspend an affected account when reasonably necessary to protect the website, server, network, or other customers.

Temple Web Design is not responsible for compatibility problems or other effects resulting from disabling insecure, compromised, outdated, or harmful third-party software.
Passwords and Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of usernames, passwords, API credentials, authentication methods, and other account credentials.

Customers are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Temple Web Design may require compromised or insecure credentials to be changed.

Customers should notify Temple Web Design promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.
Background Programs and Scheduled Tasks
Temple Web Design permits reasonable scheduled tasks and background processes when supported by the applicable hosting environment.

Resource-intensive processes may require additional configuration, hosting resources, support services, or fees.

Contact support@templewebdesign.com before implementing unusually resource-intensive background processes.
Bulk Email, Unsolicited Commercial Email, and Spam
Temple Web Design prohibits unsolicited bulk email, spam, and abusive email practices.

Customers intending to send legitimate high-volume email should use an appropriate third-party email delivery or marketing platform and comply with applicable laws and provider policies.

Activity reasonably determined to constitute spam, abuse, or a threat to server or IP reputation may result in immediate restriction or suspension.

Customers may not use another provider to distribute unsolicited messages promoting a website, domain, URL, or email account hosted through Temple Web Design.
Technical Support
Technical support is limited to the services included in the customer's purchased plan, agreement, proposal, or applicable service description.

Requests outside the included scope may be billed at Temple Web Design’s then-current hourly rate or handled under a separate support agreement.

Temple Web Design may take reasonable technical measures necessary to address security, server, website, email, or network issues that threaten service stability, security, reputation, or availability.
Payments and Billing
Customers agree to pay all charges presented and authorized at checkout, through an invoice, or through another applicable ordering process.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, or other supported providers.

By submitting payment information, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes the applicable charges.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method where recurring billing applies.

Temple Web Design is not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient-funds fees, currency conversion fees, credit card fees, or other charges imposed by a customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or another financial institution or payment provider.

Past-due accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated in accordance with the applicable service terms.

Amounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to collection expenses and reasonable legal costs where permitted by law.
PPTClasses.com Digital Products and Subscriptions
PPTClasses.com provides access to digital products, downloadable materials, memberships, subscriptions, or other digital resources.

The price, billing interval, and applicable subscription terms are presented during the purchase process.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital access may begin shortly after payment is successfully processed.

Because digital products may become accessible or downloadable immediately, access and download records may be maintained as evidence that purchased digital content or services were made available to the customer.
Recurring Subscription Authorization
When purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment processor associated with your subscription to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated recurring price and billing interval until the subscription is canceled.

Depending on the subscription selected, billing may occur monthly, annually, or at another interval disclosed at purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled before the next renewal payment is processed.

By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize each recurring renewal charge according to the subscription terms originally accepted or subsequently agreed to by you.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the applicable renewal is processed if you do not wish to renew.

Failure to use the service, download materials, log into your account, or otherwise access subscription benefits does not by itself constitute cancellation.
Stripe Subscriptions
Current and new subscriptions may be processed through Stripe.

Customers whose subscriptions are billed through Stripe may manage available subscription and payment information through their PPTClasses.com account dashboard where those features are provided.

Customers are responsible for completing cancellation before the applicable renewal payment is processed.

A cancellation applies to future recurring charges and does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Legacy PayPal Subscriptions
Some customers maintain legacy recurring subscriptions established through PayPal.

These subscriptions remain recurring billing agreements between the customer and PayPal for payments to the applicable PPTClasses.com account.

Legacy PayPal subscriptions must be canceled through the customer's PayPal account.

Customers with a legacy PayPal subscription are responsible for logging into PayPal and canceling the applicable automatic payment, recurring payment, or subscription authorization before the next renewal is processed.

Removing a payment method from PPTClasses.com, ceasing to use PPTClasses.com, failing to log into the website, or requesting closure of a PPTClasses.com user account does not necessarily cancel an independent recurring billing authorization maintained within PayPal.

If you are unsure whether your subscription is billed through PayPal, contact support@templewebdesign.com before your renewal date for assistance identifying the applicable billing method.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time unless different terms were expressly disclosed at purchase.

Cancellation must be completed through the appropriate cancellation method associated with the customer's subscription.

For Stripe subscriptions, customers should use the subscription-management options available through their PPTClasses.com account where provided or contact support for assistance.

For legacy PayPal subscriptions, cancellation must be completed through PayPal.

Cancellation must occur before a renewal payment is processed to prevent that renewal charge.

A cancellation becomes effective for future billing and does not retroactively cancel or automatically refund a charge that was already successfully processed.

Customers should retain confirmation of their cancellation.

If you experience difficulty locating or canceling a subscription, contact support@templewebdesign.com before the renewal date.
Failed Subscription Payments
If a recurring payment fails because a payment method has expired, been declined, or is otherwise unavailable, Temple Web Design or its payment processor may attempt to collect the payment again where supported.

Customers may be asked to update their payment information.

Failed or unpaid subscriptions may result in restriction or suspension of access to subscription content or services.
Renewal Notices
Temple Web Design may send courtesy reminders regarding upcoming renewals when supported by the applicable subscription system.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address on their accounts.

A failure to receive, open, or read a courtesy renewal notice does not by itself cancel a subscription or recurring payment authorization.

The customer's responsibility to cancel before renewal remains in effect regardless of whether a courtesy reminder is received.
Refund Policy — PPTClasses.com
PPTClasses.com provides digital content that may become available for access or download immediately after purchase.

Temple Web Design does not guarantee that any particular class, file, tool, guide, template, or other resource will meet every customer's individual needs or expectations, or that all educational material will remain current indefinitely.

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing purchased content, contact support@templewebdesign.com.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the original applicable purchase.

Refund eligibility is determined according to this Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of a renewal charge that was processed before cancellation.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Billing and Charge Disputes
Customers who believe they have been billed incorrectly are encouraged to contact support@templewebdesign.com promptly so Temple Web Design can investigate the transaction and applicable account records.

Temple Web Design may maintain transaction records, subscription records, account activity, login history, download/access records, correspondence, cancellation records, payment processor records, and acceptance of applicable terms to document delivery, authorization, subscription status, and customer activity.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not itself cancel an active recurring subscription or recurring billing authorization.

Customers remain responsible for separately canceling the applicable subscription through the cancellation method described in these Terms if they wish to prevent future authorized renewal charges.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment network or payment processor.
Refusal, Restriction, and Suspension of Service
Temple Web Design reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Reasons may include:

• Non-payment.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Security threats.
• Abuse of services.
• Excessive resource usage.
• Abusive or threatening behavior.
• Activity that adversely affects Temple Web Design, its customers, vendors, systems, or infrastructure.

Abusive or Threatening Conduct
Threatening, harassing, or abusive conduct directed toward Temple Web Design employees, contractors, support personnel, partners, or suppliers is prohibited.

Serious or repeated abusive behavior may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of service.
Copyright and Use of Downloadable Content
Unless otherwise expressly stated, content available through Temple Web Design-operated websites is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Creators and rights holders retain applicable rights in their original content.

Customers may use properly obtained downloadable content for the uses authorized by the applicable license, purchase terms, or service.

Unless expressly authorized, customers may not resell, redistribute, republish, give away, publicly distribute, or otherwise make downloadable content obtained through PPTClasses.com, Powerpointranger.com, or another Temple Web Design-operated website available to others.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
If you believe material available through a Temple Web Design-operated service infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to:

A copyright infringement notification should include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information for Temple Web Design to locate it.
• The claimant's name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that the claimant has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the claimant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Temple Web Design may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.
Domain Registration and Renewals
Domains registered or managed through Temple Web Design are subject to the policies, procedures, pricing, and limitations of the applicable registrar and registry.

Temple Web Design may provide renewal reminders as a courtesy but does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered or received.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and billing information and ensuring that domains are renewed when required.

Failure to renew a domain may result in service interruption, expiration pages, redemption fees, restoration charges, or permanent loss of the domain.

Temple Web Design cannot guarantee recovery of an expired domain.
Service Upgrades, Maintenance, and Changes
Temple Web Design may upgrade, update, replace, maintain, or modify server software, infrastructure, applications, security systems, and related services when reasonably necessary.

Changes may be necessary for security, reliability, compatibility, performance, regulatory requirements, vendor requirements, or other operational reasons.

Advance notice may not always be possible.

Temple Web Design is not responsible for incompatibilities involving customer-installed software, plugins, themes, scripts, or applications resulting from necessary server or software updates.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are expressly included in their purchased service.
Third-Party Services and Payment Processors
Temple Web Design may rely on third parties to provide hosting infrastructure, domain registration, payment processing, email delivery, software, security, cloud storage, and other services.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, policies, limitations, outages, and availability requirements.

Temple Web Design is not responsible for outages, processing delays, declined transactions, account restrictions, or other failures caused solely by third-party providers outside Temple Web Design’s reasonable control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Temple Web Design services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Temple Web Design disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Temple Web Design does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or compatible with every third-party system or application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Temple Web Design and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temple Web Design from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorney's fees resulting from the customer's unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited use of Temple Web Design services or violation of another party's rights.
Modifications to These Terms
Temple Web Design may modify these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on the applicable Temple Web Design website with an updated revision date.

Changes will become effective as provided by applicable law and any governing service agreement.

Where legally permitted, continued use of services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.

Temple Web Design may investigate alleged violations and temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized, abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Temple Web Design may restrict, suspend, or terminate an affected account or service and pursue available remedies.

Temple Web Design may cooperate with lawful government or law-enforcement requests when required by law.

Service credits are not issued for outages resulting from account suspension or service disablement caused by a customer's violation of these Terms.
